Responsibility
- Assist doctors in patient consultations, examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptom evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms for procedures.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide emergency first aid and stabilize patients when necessary before doctor intervention.
Qualifications
- State-registered nurse (SRN) or certified Medical Assistant with valid licensing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or general practice setting (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
- Proficient in basic medical procedures, including phlebotomy, ECG, and wound care.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and compassion.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control, and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to adapt to cultural diversity in a multicultural clinic setting.
