Responsibility
- Provide direct, specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/ICCU settings
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, hemodynamic status, and response to treatments
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other prescribed treatments with precision
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and code situations
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during critical care situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Critical Care Nurse in an ICU or ICCU setting
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia
- Certification in BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) and/or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Completion of specialized ICU training or certification is highly desirable
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in operating advanced medical equipment and monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
