Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local and national healthcare regulations.
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide clear, professional counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceuticals, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Offer expert advice on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and wellness products to customers.
- Ensure all pharmacy records, including prescriptions and patient data, are securely and confidentially maintained.
- Stay current with the latest pharmaceutical developments, drug interactions, and healthcare best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Pharmacist License (SIK) registered with the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PAFI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and dosage calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
