Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to students and staff.
- Conduct regular dental check-ups, cleanings, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.
- Educate students, staff, and parents on proper dental hygiene practices and the importance of oral health.
- Identify and address dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and misalignments, referring patients to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records for all patients in compliance with school and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with school nurses, administrators, and teachers to promote dental health initiatives and programs.
- Ensure all dental equipment and supplies are properly sterilized, maintained, and ready for use.
- Participate in school health fairs, workshops, and other events to raise awareness about dental health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (DMD or DDS) from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice dentistry in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a school or pediatric dental setting.
- Strong knowledge of preventive dentistry, oral hygiene, and dental health education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and young adults.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus.
