Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, reporting any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards in all nursing practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI) or equivalent international certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to cultural diversity.
