As an Aesthetic Nurse, you’ll perform a range of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including facial treatments, body contouring, laser therapies, and injectables (under physician supervision where required). Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist dermatologists or aesthetic physicians with injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP) and ensure proper pre- and post-procedure care.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and recommend personalized aesthetic plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment histories, consent forms, and follow-up notes, using clinic management software.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and long-term maintenance to optimize results and satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage treatment equipment, ensuring all devices are calibrated, sterilized, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to promote services, participate in marketing initiatives, and contribute to a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI) and certification in aesthetic nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, dermatology, or a related medical field.
- Proficiency in performing aesthetic procedures such as facials, laser treatments, and body contouring.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, dermatological conditions, and aesthetic treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
