Responsibility
- Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes, including those with stroke, fractures, or age-related conditions.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Educate patients and families on health management, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and family members to develop and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or stabilize patients until further medical help arrives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) and certification to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, geriatric nursing, or rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment, wound care, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
- Familiarity with medical equipment (e.g., oxygen tanks, IV pumps, mobility aids).
- Willingness to travel within Baliās designated areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
