Responsibility
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns and pediatric patients in NICU/PICU settings.
- Monitor and assess vital signs, oxygen levels, and other critical parameters using advanced medical equipment.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in emergency procedures, including intubation, CPR, and rapid response interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate and support families on patient conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Ensure a sterile and safe environment in the NICU/PICU to prevent infections and complications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a NICU/PICU Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Valid NICU/PICU certification from a recognized healthcare institution.
- Registered Nurse (Ners) license in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal and pediatric critical care protocols.
- Proficient in using ventilators, incubators, monitors, and other NICU/PICU equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and families.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with compassion and precision.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
