Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient reminders to ensure optimal clinic flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Prepare and organize examination rooms, ensuring all necessary medical supplies and equipment are stocked and sterilized.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone inquiries, emails, and walk-in requests professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with basic clinical procedures under the supervision of medical staff, such as wound dressing or specimen collection.
- Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories, and other departments to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
