Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the surgical unit, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and surgical staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the surgical unit is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
