Responsibility
- Assist doctors in conducting patient consultations, examinations, and treatments in a General Practice setting.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other medical procedures as directed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress with precision.
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and examination rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, providing first aid or stabilizing patients as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid State Registration as a Nurse or certification as a Medical Assistant (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or general practice setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical equipment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
