Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and hospital protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to track recovery progress.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed by medical consultants.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, discharge plans, and health maintenance.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and acute clinical situations.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Must be a State Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak other dialects is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset and high professional ethics.
  • Ability to work on a shift rotation basis including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
