Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Bali to drive product adoption and sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Lead tender processes, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up to secure contracts.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for medical staff to ensure proper usage and highlight key benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with tender processes and government procurement in Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
