Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter), ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
- Produce, edit, and publish professional videos, including promotional content, testimonials, educational clips, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Manage end-to-end social media administration, including scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align content with brand guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and provide data-driven insights to refine content strategies.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to keep Morula IVF at the forefront of healthcare storytelling.
- Assist in cross-divisional administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and content distribution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or Social Media Manager (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative videography and social media content (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
