Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Present product strategies and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience with Agile or Lean product development methodologies is a plus.
