Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate group reservations and bookings efficiently.
  • Explain terms and conditions of group travel to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Negotiate with airlines and other service providers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Ensure all customer travel needs are met, including special requests and accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline booking processes and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using booking and reservation systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in tourism or hospitality are a plus.
