Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support hospitality and tourism operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities.
- Implement and maintain supply chain best practices, including sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and ethical sourcing in supply chain management.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
