Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support hospitality and tourism operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain best practices, including sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and ethical sourcing in supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
