Responsibility
- Monitor and inspect paper packaging products during production to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional checks to verify color accuracy, measurements, and structural integrity.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in materials or finished products.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues.
- Perform routine quality audits and maintain detailed records of inspections and test results.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality policies.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the paper or packaging industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and quality inspection equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
