Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and execute test plans, protocols, and reports to validate product performance and durability.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing data-driven insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality excellence within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA).
- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g., CQE, CMQ/OE) or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
