Responsibility
- Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and calibration of corrugator machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and mechatronic issues with minimal downtime.
- Provide technical training and support to client operators and maintenance teams.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel to client sites across Bali as required to deliver timely and effective service solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of industrial machinery.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and electrical schematics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
