Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives, including BESS installations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, stakeholders) to align technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to optimize project viability.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and compliance reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, local regulations).
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and vendors to secure permits, approvals, and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, renewable energy, or BESS.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of energy storage systems, solar/wind integration, and grid connectivity.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations for energy and construction projects is advantageous.
- PMP, PE, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
