Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and interpretation of civil engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform material testing and quality control checks to verify the integrity of construction materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations or delays to the engineering team.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment and tools to support site layout and measurements.
- Document and archive project data, including site conditions, work progress, and material usage.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
- Experience with surveying tools, levels, and other engineering equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
