Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects or inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in equipment testing, calibration, and maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates, and report findings to senior engineers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects in manufacturing are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
