Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of building facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Manage budgets and cost estimates for facility-related projects and maintenance activities.
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability practices are integrated into facility operations.
- Prepare and present reports on facility performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead emergency response efforts and crisis management for facility-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed Civil Engineer in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or civil engineering, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and structural integrity.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
