Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects for plants, farms, and industrial facilities from planning to completion.
- Develop and implement cost-control strategies to optimize project budgets without compromising quality.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service delivery.
- Oversee structural maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to align on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental sustainability practices and local building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for construction projects.
- Experience in contractor sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
