Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical engineering teams for LTA, MRT, and M&E contracting projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align electrical designs with overall project goals.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify the quality and safety of electrical installations.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on M&E contracting, infrastructure, or LTA/MRT projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, IEng, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit) and project management tools.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and standards is advantageous.
