Responsibility
- Design, fabricate, and characterize ultrafast nanoscale electronic devices using advanced semiconductor and nanofabrication techniques.
- Conduct experimental research in high-frequency electronics, including terahertz and optical device testing.
- Develop and optimize novel materials and structures for enhanced device performance in ultrafast applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate nanodevices into proof-of-concept systems for real-world applications.
- Publish high-quality research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and students, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in nanotechnology and ultrafast electronics to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in securing research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships.
Qualifications
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Nanotechnology, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in nanodevice fabrication, characterization, or ultrafast electronics.
- Hands-on experience with cleanroom processes, lithography, or semiconductor device testing.
- Strong background in materials science, quantum electronics, or optoelectronics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead independent research and contribute to collaborative projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Publications in high-impact journals or conference presentations in relevant fields.
- Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL, Lumerical) is a plus.
