Responsibility
- Conduct chemical analysis and testing of ink formulations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor and optimize ink production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports on production metrics, testing results, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and implement new ink formulations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ink production and equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on chemical processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in ink production.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and process optimization.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
