Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements for PCBA manufacturing to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in real-time.
- Design and optimize manufacturing workflows, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with R&D and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the electronics or PCBA industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in using CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant industry standards.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to production sites as needed.
