Responsibility
- Oversee daily molding production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to meet international manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize molding processes and reduce waste.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory to meet client deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for operational enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in molding production management, preferably in precision engineering.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of molding techniques, materials, and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
