Responsibility
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Spearhead Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects to streamline SCM processes and reduce operational waste.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, procurement, and production teams to align improvement efforts with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize KPIs, performance metrics, and root-cause analysis to prioritize and validate improvement opportunities.
- Change Management: Drive cultural adoption of continuous improvement principles through training, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and ROI alignment.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all processes adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop dashboards and reports to track progress, communicate results, and secure leadership buy-in.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or SCM roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Methodology Expertise: Certified in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or equivalent continuous improvement frameworks.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab) and process mapping (VSM, SIPOC).
- Leadership Abilities: Strong stakeholder management, team motivation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SCM, logistics, or manufacturing environments, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
