Responsibility
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for conveyor systems and dust collection equipment using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret design requirements and translate them into accurate drafts.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the development of Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions for manufacturing and installation teams.
- Conduct site visits and field measurements to verify design feasibility and resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and project-related files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
- Support R&D initiatives by providing technical insights and contributing to prototype development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Drafter or similar role, preferably in conveyor systems, dust collection, or industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-precision technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with engineers, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian or international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) is a plus.
