Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site civil engineering projects, including ERSS and TERS, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and progress, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Liaise with government agencies and clients to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and sign-offs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on ERSS, TERS, or large-scale civil projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
