Responsibility
- Execute and oversee robotic rehearsals to ensure flawless performance execution.
- Operate and control robotic systems during live performances and training sessions.
- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality.
- Support training programs for new operators and technical staff.
- Maintain the performance site, ensuring safety and operational readiness.
- Adapt to rotating operational duties, including troubleshooting and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with engineers and performers to enhance robotic performance quality.
- Document operational procedures and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in operating or maintaining robotic systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and software issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Familiarity with performance technology or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to designated performance locations.
