Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Enforce quality control and safety standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure optimal terms and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring team members and promoting best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
