Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed engineering solutions.
- Oversee the testing, validation, and deployment of engineering systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and reports.
- Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges using data-driven and analytical approaches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering project management and execution.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact engineering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and other engineering applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
