Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities for poultry plants and farms, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Manage external electrical contractors, including scheduling, quality control, and cost management to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of wiring, power distribution systems, and electronic controls in compliance with PLN and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to identify potential hazards, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety standards, including proper grounding, circuit protection, and emergency shutdown procedures.
- Collaborate with facility managers to plan and execute electrical upgrades or expansions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in agricultural, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, and electronic controls.
- Familiarity with PLN regulations and compliance requirements for electrical installations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian safety standards) is a plus.
