Responsibility
- Lead and execute HVAC/R project field operations, including installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee the handover process, including client training, documentation, and final system validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project deliverables with specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HVAC/R regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and post-installation evaluations.
- Stay updated on emerging HVAC/R technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. HVAC/R certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in managing HVAC/R projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R components, refrigeration cycles, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and industry-specific equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
