Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Swisslogâs RAPID automation systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues in PLC, HMI, and robotic systems.
- Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to execute system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal stakeholders on system operations and best practices.
- Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address critical system failures outside of business hours.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, maintenance, or automation engineering (preferably in warehouse/logistics automation).
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI interfaces, and industrial networks.
- Hands-on experience with robotic systems, conveyors, or automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and interpreting technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
