Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services in alignment with company needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate pricing trends, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control initiatives to maximize value and minimize expenditures.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
