Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers to meet company needs for goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and favorable terms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical procurement practices.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with vendor management, contract law, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
