Responsibility
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee the maintenance of production equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production output and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Drive cost reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards, including ISO and GMP guidelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the production department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
