Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality raw materials and services.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and process procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, finance) to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement (fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of local and international supplier networks is advantageous.
