Responsibility
- Manage and execute procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production and operational demands.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement budgets and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, contract law, and supplier evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
