Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for auditing and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align purchasing activities with budgetary constraints.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
