Responsibility
- Analyze company requirements for goods and services to ensure timely procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers in a professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier networks in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
