Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement budgets and streamline operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Travel as needed to visit suppliers, attend industry events, and explore procurement opportunities across Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate supplier performance and procurement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
