Responsibility
- Develop and optimize molding processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in molding operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Conduct process audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on molding techniques and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in molding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in molding process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, or similar processes.
- Proficiency in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
