Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on electronic components and data centre equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report quality control findings, including defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and ensure traceability of all tested products.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Perform calibration checks on testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) in all QA/QC activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, or electronics testing (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, or data centre hardware is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 4-day work week schedule in Bali.
