Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular calibration and testing of sensors, transmitters, and control valves to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement system upgrades for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and analyze system data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, ISO standards, and company policies in all technical operations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs for audit and reference purposes.
- Provide on-call support for emergency repairs and system failures to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in control and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in control & instrumentation, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sensors, transmitters, and control valves (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow).
- Familiarity with calibration tools, multimeter, oscilloscopes, and loop testers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
